Patrick Radzimierski is a partner in Dentons' Warsaw office and a former judge. He is a member of the Civil Litigation team responsible for pro bono projects. He specializes in litigation and has unique experience in court procedure. His team represents clients from various industry sectors in state courts, arbitration proceedings, at the Supreme Court and Constitutional Tribunal. Patrick handles precedential pro bono litigations, with a focus on anti-discrimination projects. He regularly acts as defense attorney for Polish judges in disciplinary proceedings and has been involved in many projects regarding the judicial system in Poland. He has also initiated and actively takes part in a range of projects aiming to help refugees seeking asylum, including representation before ECHR.
