Pavlo Bogachenko is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office of Kinstellar, focusing on international arbitrations, investment disputes, cross-border litigations, sanctions and sensitive investigation matters. Within Kinstellar's extensive pro bono initiative, Pavlo has been working on a wide array of matters for renowned civil society organizations and ad hoc humanitarian requests. Pavlo is also actively contributing to the war-damages initiative and related working groups.
