Dr. Peter Braun is a Partner at Dentons and Co-Head of Public Procurement Europe. He advises national and international companies comprehensively on public procurement law and compliance matters. Drawing on his experience from tender procedures with an aggregate volume exceeding EUR 25 billion, Dr. Braun develops practical and robust strategies to support companies in successfully participating in public procurement procedures. In addition, he advises public contracting authorities – including federal authorities and municipalities – on legally and strategically demanding procurement procedures. Peter is the Speaker of the Board of Pro Bono Deutschland e.V. the German association to promote pro bono legal advice.
