Rachel is the Legal Programs Manager at PILnet’s Hong Kong office. She manages PILnet’s key initiatives in Hong Kong including the pro bono clearinghouse, the legal health check program for civil society organizations, the anti-trafficking in persons (ATIP) project, and various student engagement programs. Prior to joining PILnet, Rachel completed her legal training at an international commercial law firm before pursuing a career in public interest law, working at a local law firm and NGO to serve underprivileged communities. Rachel is a Hong Kong qualified solicitor (non-practicing) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
