Sanja Milivojevic is currently a lecturer at the University of Western Sydney. Prior to this, she worked with the Victimology Society of Serbia in Belgrade, an organization that promotes the rights of victims of crime, war, and human rights violations regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnic origin, or any other feature. As a PILnet International Fellow, Sanja worked on a project to formulate a legislative strategy to better promote women’s rights in Serbia and to increase public awareness on domestic violence issues.
