Sean Yau works as Legal Officer in the Hong Kong office. He is mainly responsible for building relationships with local law firms, organizing capacity building trainings for to promote pro bono legal services, and developing programs to improve the legal health of Hong Kong NGOs. Prior to PILnet, Sean researched international law at the University of Amsterdam and Columbia Law School. Previously, he worked on public international law in various capacities at the African Union, UN International Law Commission, and international criminal tribunals.
