Valentina Frolova is an attorney with a focus on women's rights and LGBTQI rights. She provides legal consultations, represents victims of gender-based violence in criminal proceedings, and organizes trainings on women’s rights issues for lawyers, social workers and psychologists. As a PILnet Fellow, Valentina will develop a project on attaining legal protections for vulnerable individuals, particularly members of the LGBTQI community and women, from stalking as a form of unwanted behavior.
