Speaker: Global Clearinghouse Lab: State of the Art Pro Bono in Eurasia, October 19 Vitalii Vlasiuk is an advocatewith a Ph.D. in International Law. Vitalii graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv National University of Taras Shevchenko in 2012. Mr. Vlasiuk researches in International Law mainly: use of force, Rtop, hybrid warfare, asset tracing and recovery, jus in bello. Also, he works with the ECtHR practice and artificial intelligence legal regulation. A number of his works has been published, including abroad (in English). As a legal professional, Vitalii is a managing partner with the 'ePravo Law Firm' (since 2012), the most important practice of which is connected to Antitrust, Asset Recovery and IT Law: intellectual property, contracts, e-commerce, tech and white collar crimes. Vitalii Vlasiuk is the Chair of International Law Committee of UNBA, and the Deputy Chair of the International Relations Committee. Among his main responsibilities is to develop international connections of the UNBA: cooperation with regional and international bars' organisations, UNBA representative offices establishing, communication with diplomatic missions. A number of pro bono projects are being leaded by Vitalii: assisting a children house to get back its property, drafting a bill to fight bullying in schools etc.
