Yoo-Kyeong Kudo
Yoo-Kyeong Kudo is a higher education attorney and privacy professional. She is a University Counsel at Princeton University, where she advises on a variety of areas, including privacy and information security, information technology, business transactions, real estate transactions, institutional lending, risk management and trademarks.
Prior to this position, Yoo-Kyeong was an associate and counsel at the law firm of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where she worked on complex corporate finance, structured finance and derivatives transactions. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and received her law degree from Columbia University.
Throughout her legal career, Yoo-Kyeong has advised non-profit organizations on a variety of issues. She is the co-founder and former board president and secretary of Open Hands Legal Society, a nonprofit organization that provides free legal services and counseling to indigent clients in New York City. She served as secretary to the New York City Bar Association’s Non-Profit Organizations Committee. She also served as pro bono counsel to Gifted Hands, a nonprofit organization that provides outreach to New York City’s underserved communities through art programs.
