Zheng Ruheng is the deputy director and a legal aid lawyer with the Legal Aid Center of the Panlong district of Kunming, Yunnan Province, in China. She coordinates the provision of legal aid across the district, supervises the center’s legal aid cases, and administers direct legal services to clients. Ms. Zheng received her master’s degree in law from Yunnan University. As a PILnet Fellow, she will develop a project on the creation of a network of public interest lawyers throughout southwestern China.
